Adults

At FCPC, we don't believe a Christian should ever stop growing in his or her faith.  Because of this, we place a high priority on adult fellowship and educational opportunities outside of Sunday Morning Worship.  If you are interested in getting involved and meeting other adults at FCPC, there are lots of ways to do so.

SUNDAY MORNING OPPORTUNITIES
A variety of classes and groups are available on Sunday mornings during the education hours at 9:00 and 11:15. Take advantage of opportunities to hear a great speaker, share in a thoughtful conversation, or receive training in a ministry area or parenting skill.
Café: Morning Cup of Coffee
  • 9:00-9:45 am
  • Library
  • Join us for coffee and tea selections, and a casual time of fellowship.  This is a perfect, low key way to wait for family members who are in class, rehearsals or meetings!  Begins October 9, 2016.
Adult Bible Study
  • 9:00-9:45 am
  • Church Lounge
Special Speaker Series
  • 11:15 am-12:15 pm
  • Chapel
  • Stay after worship to hear from special speakers from within our church and community who have been asked to come and share their field of expertise with us!  This fall (2016), the Rev. Dr. Steven Tuell will be speaking September 25-November 13th on the "Book of Ephesians."  See you there!
Adult Electives
  • 11:15 am-12:15 pm
  • Library and Lounge
  • These electives are to help our church family grow in discipleship and service.  If you are interested in sponsoring such an opportunity, please see one of the Adult Ministries Team Members!  We would love your input and ideas!
WEDNESDAY NITE LIVE
Midweek is a great time to renew and recharge for the remainder of the work week. Ongoing adult Bible study and life issue groups meet at the church on Wednesday evenings while children attend their own programs and middle school students participate in youth group.
There are also several special interest groups, men's groups, and women's groups that meet throughout the week.  If you are interested in learning more, check out our Spring 2016 brochure here or contact Delinda Donovan.
