Sunday Morning Programs for Youth

We have two classes for youth on Sunday mornings.  One for 5th and 6th graders and one for 7th and 8th graders.  All students in these grades are invited to each class, but the 7th and 8th grade class also doubles as FCPC's Pre-Confirmation program.

Grade 7-8: Middle School Sunday School/Pre-Confirmation
  • Room: A-231 (Lounge)
  • 9:00-9:45am
This class is open to all 7th and 8th graders, but it also serves as part of our church's Pre-Confirmation program.  It is also open to older students who have not yet completed the requirements for our Capstone Confirmation Class.
The Pre-Confirmation class operates on a 2-year cycle.
  • Our Old & New Testament class is offered on Even-Odd school years (ex: 2018-2019). . This study covers the major stories and themes of the Bible and helps students wrestle with how 2000+ year-old text applies to their lives today.
  • Our Questions of Faith is offered on Odd-Even school years (ex: 2017-2018). This study covers the basic tenets of the Christian Faith and the Reformed Tradition and invites students to ask tough questions about their faith.
