Admission is $5.00 plus a non-perishable food item for the local food bank or the Fox Chapel Area’s Backpacks for Hunger program



9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Admission is free. Donations for Food Bank appreciated.

The Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church’s 62nd Annual Harvest Fair invites bargain shoppers to find great deals among the thousands of donated items — from furniture to vintage clothing, ‘oldtiques,’ dishes, lamps, artwork and more. The items are cleaned, repaired if needed and organized into more than fourteen different rooms. There will be a line of people around the church waiting to shop.

Initiated by the FCPC Presbyterian Women, the Harvest Fair began in 1954 to help raise money for mission work. Last year, the Harvest Fair raised over $80,000 for over 30 charities.

Donations & Drop off Times

Harvest Fair—Donation Drop off Times for August only
Monday – Friday : 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Saturday & Sunday : 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Donations accepted until September 25th.

Please take your donations to the entrance off of Springhouse Lane. Park in the driveway or on the street and use the ramp on the right that goes to the back door.

We are not accepting: encyclopedias, text books, VHS’ or cassettes, computers,  TV’s of any kind, large exercise equipment (i.e.: lifecycles, skis), bed pillows or non compliant carseats and cribs.  (Computers and computer accessories can be given to All of Us Care.  To reach All of Us Care call 412-782-5344 (w.) or 412-585-5293 (c.).

Harvest Fair Volunteering Opportunities


Working most days and evenings until the fair.

Saturday, September 17th, 12 pm – 4 pm

Sunday, September 18th “Move Up Day“, 12 pm – 2 pm or later

All hands on deck!  We need help! 

Week of September 19th, all days 9 am – 4 pm, some evenings.  Call Gwen.

Week of September 26th, Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 9 pm.

Want to help at the fair?

Friday, September 30th, 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Saturday, October 1st, 8:30 am – 6 pm

Sunday, October 2nd “Clean Up Day” 1:15 am – 5 pm
