Caregiver Coffee Hour

Caring for someone with physical, developmental, mental health, or age-related challenges can feel overwhelming and lonely. Practicing good self-care is an important part of being able to serve the people we love. Caregiver Coffee Hour is an opportunity to give and receive support from other caregivers through conversation, the sharing of ideas, and prayer. All caregivers are welcome. You do not need to sign up, just drop in for a warm cup of coffee or tea. Hope to see you there.
