Established in 1961, Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church Preschool is a place where children are loved and encouraged to explore their wonderful world... FCPC Preschool Registration Hello FCPC families! Introducing the all-new registration form! For those of you who have registered children before, the process looks different this year. In an effort to streamline registration, we have condensed our three-step process into a single form. The new form contains all the information we need for registration without the need for parents to jump from one link to another. This form is a bit longer than the process in the past, so please make sure to give yourself more time to fully read it and fill it out. Additionally, it is important to note that, although classes will be filled in order of registrations received, priority will be given to families with younger siblings applying for classes their older children attended. It is still noteworthy that registration is submitted in a timely manner. Should there be a delay, we cannot guarantee placement for siblings. Finally, please see class options below. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to Karin, karin@fcpc.us , and Stephanie or Jason, preschooladmin@fcpc.us . We’re looking forward to a great year! Established in 1961, Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church Preschool is a place where children are loved and encouraged to explore their wonderful world... FCPC Preschool Director's Corner Dear Preschool Families, We have exciting news! FCPC Preschool is opening a new Ones class this fall! Our Ones will have a soft introduction to preschool with simple, child-friendly crafts, and developmentally appropriate lessons through stories. Together with lots of play and socialization, our Ones will have a great experience. Families will find that all the child-centered components found in our current early learning classrooms will be part of our youngest learners’ mornings. This class is for children that have turned one by September first. The class will run on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9-11:45. Space is limited so register now to ensure your child’s place. The registration link is found here . Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the preschool office with any questions. We look forward to welcoming your one-year-old to preschool this fall! Warmly, Karin Welcome to FCPC Preschool Childhood should be a sacred space, a space for exploration and discovery. It should be a safe space where children can learn and take risks as they grow in confidence and understanding. It should be a space that exposes young minds to new ideas, new challenges, and new opportunities. Creating this space of learning through play is a platform and a model that FCPC Preschool fully embraces. There is such innate joy engaging children in this way. To witness their growth and confidence take root and grow is indeed a privilege. Creating this space requires strong leadership and a loving and motivated staff. It requires partnering with parents and families, working together to support our youngest learners. It requires commitment from all participants to embrace the love of learning. It requires a Christ-centered focus providing a firm foundation from which to launch. Allowing children this space is what FCPC Preschool does best.
